Terms & Conditions

1. Free trial

• Anyone can create an account and design an invitation for free.
• During the free trial, the guest link is not active. Guests will see a message that the invitation isn't active yet.

2. Price and payment

• The price is ₱1,800 per invitation (one-time).
• Payment is made directly to iHIVE via GCash, Maya, bank transfer or cash. Message us on Messenger with your account email to receive payment details.
• Only pay iHIVE directly. Our affiliates and coordinators may share our link, but they are not authorized to collect payment on our behalf.
• Your account is activated after we confirm your payment. Once activated, your guest link works and can be shared.

3. One account, one invitation

• Each purchase covers one invitation for one couple and one wedding.
• An account cannot create more than one invitation.
• An invitation may not be reused, resold or edited for a different couple or event. For another event, please purchase a new invitation.

4. Changing names and wedding date

• After activation, you may change the couple's names and wedding date up to 2 times — for example, from nicknames to full names, or if the wedding is rescheduled.
• After 2 changes, names and date are locked. If you need another correction, message us and we'll review your request.
• Your invitation link follows your names and may update when your names change. Previous links continue to open your invitation.
• All other content — photos, story, timeline, venue, entourage, attire, gallery, RSVP and gifts — can be edited while editing is open.

5. After the wedding

• Editing closes 7 days after your wedding date. After that, the invitation becomes read-only.
• Your guest link, RSVP responses and guest list export remain available as a keepsake.
• To create a new invitation for another event, please purchase a new one.

6. Refunds

Because you can try the full editor for free before paying, payments are non-refundable once your account has been activated. If there's a problem with your invitation, message us and we'll help fix it.

7. Your content

• You are responsible for the names, photos and text you add, and for having the right to use them.
• Please don't upload content that is illegal, offensive or belongs to someone else without permission. We may deactivate invitations that break these rules.
• We use your account email and invitation details only to provide the service. RSVP details are collected on your behalf for your wedding.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; changes apply to new purchases from the date they are posted. Questions? Message us on Messenger.
